Tower was started in Brainerd, MN in 1986. In 2000, Chad Schwendeman purchased Tower Real Estate from Paul Bower. Partner Travis Banks came on in late 2000. Matt Pelphrey and Dan Kavanaugh became partners in 2005, with Tim Bosch joining the ownership team in 2006.

Tower Real Estate has grown over the years from a company that did less than $2,000,000 in sales into a corporation that now has over 25 agents, 6 employees, and has closed over $75,000,000 in yearly sales in 2006.

With the average age of the ownership team at 36 years of age, Tower is positioned to continue their strong growth and increase in market share in the years to come.
